Holter & Ambulatory BP Monitoring
24-hour heart rhythm and blood pressure tracking — capturing what brief tests miss.

What it is
A Holter monitor is a small portable recorder that tracks every heartbeat for 24–72 hours. Ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM) records blood pressure throughout day and night. Together they find problems that disappear during a short clinic visit.
When it's needed
- Palpitations, racing heart, or skipped beats
- Unexplained dizziness or fainting
- Difficult-to-control blood pressure
- Suspected white-coat or masked hypertension
- After a stroke (looking for atrial fibrillation)
How it's done

Small adhesive electrodes are stuck to the chest, connected to a pocket-sized recorder. You go about your normal day. Return the device after 24–48 hours.
Recovery

No restrictions. Avoid getting the device wet.
